Stuffed Pancakes Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites,
- 1.5 cup milk,
- 6 heaping tbsps flour,
- 1/4 teaspoon salt,
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar,
- 60 g chocolate,
- 1 tbsp heavy cream,
- Raspberries.
Preparation
- Heat the cream in a saucepan and remove from heat,
- Add the chocolate and stir until melting,
- Take a spoon from the mixture and put 6 round shapes on the parchement paper,
- Set aside in the freezer,
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks,
- Mix flour, milk, salt and sugar in a separate bowl,
- Add the egg whites to the flour mixture slowly and mix well,
- Heat a 18-20 cm pan,
- Take a spoon from the batter and pour four pancakes in the pan,
- Cook until the tops are dry,
- Put raspberries on one of the pancakes and one round chocolate bar on one,
- Take the other two and cover turn upside down on the strawberry and chocolate pancakes,
- Cook both sides for another minute.
